Devon Still gives his daughter amazing pep talk before her cancer surgery

With the Bengals off for Week 4, Still will be by Leah's side the entire time — just as he has been since the day in June when doctors discovered that she suffered from neuroblastoma, a very serious form of pediatric
cancer. Her tumor has subsided since the last time they measured it, and they are hoping to remove it before she faces another round of chemotherapy, radiation and stem-cell transplants.

What an incredibly brave little girl. And what a supportive father.

No wonder that Still's Bengals jerseys have been flying off shelves, with 100 percent of the proceeds going to support pediatric cancer. Even New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton chipped in on the jersey sales, buying 100 of them — nearly $10,000 worth — to donate to Cincinnati-area children.

Still had been cut by the Bengals after training camp, and he said it was the right move — that his focus had not been 100 percent on football with all of Leah's medical concerns consuming him. But the team re-signed him to its practice squad as a way of financially supporting him, and the Bengals later added him to the active roster once more.

The Bengals allowed Still to leave a day early to throw Leah a pre-surgery party at a movie theater he rented out. And you can bet she has as good a support system to help her get through this scary time.

Then again, does she look scared? Amazing.
